Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the online submission system.
- All abstracts must be written and presented in English.
- Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and notification of acceptance will be sent via email.
- To edit an already submitted abstract or to submit an additional one, please contact the Conference Secretariat – 2026act@gmail.com
- The abstract body (excluding title, authors, and affiliations) must not exceed 250 words and cannot include tables or figures.
- Abstracts should follow the standard structure: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- No modifications to abstracts will be accepted after the submission deadline.
- The presenting author must be a registered participant. Only abstracts from authors who have paid the registration fee by the required deadline will be scheduled for presentation and included in the conference program.
- By submitting an abstract, you acknowledge and accept that it may be published in official conference materials (e.g., website, program, promotional content).
